SherAbou Inc.
Privacy
The short version: this site has no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. If you fill in the quote form, we use what you send to reply to you — and nothing else. We don’t store it in a database, we don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, your email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — your business name, what you’re interested in, a rough volume, and a message. Every field except your name and email is optional.
We don’t collect anything about you just for visiting. No analytics, no cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts of any kind.
What we do with it
It is sent to us as an email so we can quote you. That’s the entire purpose. We keep the email in our inbox as a record of the conversation, the same as if you had emailed us directly.
It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing, and you will not be added to any list.
Who else touches it
Two companies, both only because they carry the message:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers the form submission to us as an email. It passes through their systems in transit.
- Google (Gmail) is our email provider, so your message arrives and is stored in our Gmail inbox.
Both are based in the United States, which means your message is processed there. We have no other processors: no form service, no CRM, no analytics provider, no advertising network.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sherabouinc@gmail.com and we’ll do it. Since the only thing we hold is the email you sent us, deleting it is straightforward — just ask.
Who is responsible
SherAbou Inc. is based in Gatineau, Québec. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is the company’s director, reachable at sherabouinc@gmail.com. If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, write to us there first — and if you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Changes
If we ever start collecting more than this — analytics, a newsletter, anything — we’ll say so here before we do it.
